23 Year Old Scotch

Amongst the best and rarest whiskies here! 5 of them (only), each aged for a minimum of 23 years. A pretty unusual age statement in the Scotch Whisky industry, but just as interesting as 21 years, or 25 years! Were these whiskies about to lose their very qualities and needed to be bottled right away? Or is there yet another age bracket becoming trendy here? As the market gets flooded with NAS (No Age Statement), and the marketing brains tell us age doesn’t really matter, all that counts would be “maturity”, this class promises to show the latter comes with age, essentially. 1.5 hours to cover 115 years of Scotch whisky should be the perfect introduction to an inspired dinner afterwards. But rest assured: hors d’oeuvres will be served.
