Alt' Scotch

In other words…the different Scotch whiskies, not your Glenlivet 12 or Macallan 18. Strange blends, bold maturations, unusual finishes, rare finds, etc. The Scotch whisky landscape is not monolithic and offers a great variety of aromas and flavors, if only you give it the time and curiosity of discovery! Some of these bottles are made available by independent bottlers, while others are directly the brain children of Scotch Majors.

This class is part of our "Alt Whisk(e)y" series . . . Exploring upcoming trends, unusual but noteworthy spirits, "indie" style productions, etc. Bottled water, nuts and crakers are provided while we investigate a 4 x 1 ounce tasting flight.
