The history of American whiskey rests on a foundation of hard work, the pioneer spirits and perhaps more than a few happy accidents. Join us for an introduction to American whiskey - Keith Beisack will cover the history and production of American whiskey and guide a tasting through the nuances of the sweet brown liquor. You'll enjoy samplings of bourbons, rye, Tennessee and corn whiskey, along with an assortment of snacks from our kitchen.
