Come to Char No. 4 on Thursday, June 26th at 7:30 to either confirm and celebrate your belief in the versatility of whiskey or to make a delicious new discovery. Join Aiyana Knauer of Stinky Bklyn and our own Allan Roth to learn about whiskey, cheese, barrels, sheep, rinds, fermentation and the soft skill of a cheesy, boozy smile.
