BWE will be slicing up Texas smoked brisket and sausage and Kyle will provide a primer on how to properly smoke your own Bar-B-Q at home without alerting the fire department In addition to the food, Kyle will be pouring some of his favorite wines and spirits from Texas and the Southwest, including Balcones Distilling, Garrison Brothers, Gruet sparkling wine and more.
