Noon - 4pm SESSION 1: The Bacon Bash Session
5:30pm – 9:30pm SESSION 2: The Whole Hog Session

It's a great day of beer sippin', bourbon tastin', music listenin', cigar smokin', and barbeque eatin'. Your admission buys you a sampling glass so you can enjoy an ALL-YOU-CARE –TO-TASTE sampling of beer and bourbon.

What You Can Expect.....

More Food, More Space, More Fun!

Both Sessions Enjoy The Following:
• Souvenir Glass For Tastings
• Food Tastings from our own chefs as well as some of NYC’s finest BBQ
and southern cuisine restaurants.
• Each session will feature a minimum of 10+ different food tasting stations
including, but not limited to:
o Pulled Pork BBQ
o BBQ Ribs
o Brisket
o Gourmet Bacons
o Collard Greens
o Baked Beans
o Charcuterie & Smoked Meats and Sausages
• In addition, to these tastings, guests are invited to purchase more of their
BBQ favorites – pulled pork from whole hogs, ribs, briskets and any fixin’
you could imagine. We’ll keep the portions heavy and the prices low.
• Enjoy Seminars in the Tasting Theater with Master Distillers, Brewmasters,
and Pit Masters From the Deep South
• Listen To Live Bluegrass on The Main Stage
• Browse brewerania, Hot sauces, bbq accessories, and even a heated cigar
tent for all guests.
• Choices, choices, choices……….

SESSION ONE: The Bacon Bash Session:
In addition to the all of the features above, if you are a lover of the pork belly....join us for the first session. This session will feature an additional 10+ Tasting Stations featuring gourmet bacons from all over the country and local NYC restaurants serving up their favorite BACON DISHES – in other markets we’ve featured bacon wrapped shrimp, bacon chili, the Bacon Explosion, bacon quesadillas, and so much more. As the show nears we will list our restaurant participants and their dishes. There will be a bacon eating contest and special bacon seminars. Can you say “I Love Bourbon Flavored Bacon.”

SESSION TWO: The Whole Hog Session:
If you can’t get enough pulled pork,,,,join us for the second session. This session will feature 4 different Pit Masters serving you pulled pork straight from the hog itself! Your admission includes a pulled pork dinner plate with all the fixin’s from your choice of Pitmaster. You will also enjoy special seminars on grilling and smoking meats and a bbq bean eating contest. Squeal like a pig!!!!!!!

THE GRAND POOBAH TASTING SESSION: LIMITED TO 100 PEOPLE:
These limited tickets will allow guests to partake in both sessions. In addition to both sessions (if you can truly handle eight hours of pure liver and artery distruction) these guests will partake in a special seminar taking place from 4pm – 5:15pm. This seminar is hosted by Festival Founder, Greg Nivens and Special Guests - our Master Distillers and Pit Masters. All three show features will be covered: Beer Tasting, Bourbon Tasting and BBQ Tasting. We wish we could do this for everyone but participation is very limited.

MENU INCLUDES: Piggy Candy, Pulled Pork BBQ, BBQ Ribs, Banana Pudding and a lot of surprises.
