Beer, Whiskey, and "Beerisky" with Marko Karakasevic

Charbay's Marko Karakasevic has been pushing the extremes of creative distilling at his family's distillery, Charbay, in the Napa Valley. He has a serious tradition to uphold, as he is the 13th Generation in his family to produce spirits. Over a decade ago, he was inspired by the unique flavors of craft beers to produce whiskey derived from IPA and Stout beers. For the very special tasting of these rare spirits, Marko will explain his inspiration and pour three expression of Hop Whiskeys, or we like to call them "Beer-iskeys!," as well as a taste of the craft beers that were used in the production of these wonderful whiskeys.
