Best Bourbons

Bourbon is really hot right now, and it's becoming increasingly difficult to old and rare expressions. Fortunately, we can access - and stash away - enough goodies to share with you. While most bourbons are made in KY by just a few distilleries, there is actually a great variety of brands and styles offered. This class is about showing the best in each category: the wheatied, the rye-heavy, the young, the old, the hard-to-find, etc. You will discover that the best whiskies are not necessarily the oldest ones, and that there are gems hiding in plain sight. Doesn't it all depend on the occasion anyway? There are great Bourbons for mixing, while others are best sipped. Of course we'll talk about Pappy! And maybe even drink some. Great releases don't last, chances are you have not even got to taste them, or you may have purchased them but you're afraid to open them up. Well, this is an opportunity to check on the drinkability of your stock!
