His range of spirits coming out of Waco, Texas are unique because of the regional ingredients Chip selects and the distinctive taste they present.

Join us for a rare opportunity to go behind the scenes in the whisky world with Balcones founder/distiller's class in blending single malt whiskey. Great for fans of complex and unusual whiskies who are ready to get hands-on, this seminar will include unique barrel samples and an opportunity for each guest to craft his or her own blend. Additionally, guests will have the opportunity to try and buy the scarce and hard-to-get Balcones Single Malt.
