1:00, 2:30 and 4:00 pm seatings
Join Beer Culture for a very special Burger & Beer pairing brunch with Schweid & Sons. You’ll get taste 3 different off-menu mini-Burgers made Schweid & Sons CAB® Butcher’s Blend. All 3 Burgers will have different builds.
After you taste all 3, you’ll vote for your favorite. The Burger with the most votes will be served as a special for all of NYC Burger Week (May 1-7) at Beer Culture. It will also be, for the first time ever, the first full 1/3rd LB Burger ever served at Beer Culture!
Each of the 3 burgers will be accompanied by either a craft beer from Gun Hill Brewing Co or a whiskey from Heaven Hill. Dave Lopez from Gun Hill Brewery Co and “Bourbon Jess” from Heaven Hill will be on hand to walk you through tasting each of the drinks. Rev Ciancio from Schweid & Sons will be on hand to give you a brief education on Burgers as well what is Certified Angus Beef®.
To help you get through the tough decisions ahead of you, Certified Angus Beef® brand will be giving you a foam “stress bull” toy to help you squeeze out the stress.
