We thought it would be quite a-propos to talk about Bourbon on Repeal Day! That’s right, this is the day you long for the better part of the year. Clearly, there will be some History throwbacks, but this is essentially a moment of celebration. Make sure you’ve re-watched Boardwalk Empire before. You’ll learn a few secrets of the Bourbon trade, along with the technical points of fermentation, distillation and maturation of this American pride.
