Char No 4 is offering a very special Bourbon 101 class with Dan Garrison of Garrison Brothers Distillery--the oldest legal whiskey distillery in Texas. They use an antique pot still to distill a wheated Texas straight bourbon using corn from the Texas panhandle and wheat grown on site. After years of selling out vintage after vintage throughout Texas, Garrison Brothers bourbon is finally available in New York!
Please join them in their back room on Thursday, May 1st at 7:30 PM for Bourbon 101 with Garrison Brothers Distillery. Dan Garrison will tell his story while leading you through a tasting of Garrison Brothers bourbons including a special surprise! Each bourbon will be paired with snacks from our kitchen. $40 per person (plus tax and gratuity.
