Raaka Chocolate are releasing the world's first chocolate bar aged in bourbon casks and Char no 4 will collaborate with them in the unveiling of this natural combination of two of life's most delicious substances.
Raaka's Bourbon Bar was developed right here in Brooklyn. It's made from cocoa nibs that have been aged in oak casks which Tuthilltown Spirits has used to make their Hudson Baby Bourbon.
Be the first members of the public to taste this chocolate by joining us tomorrow night Wednesday, 10/26 from 6-9pm for a free chocolate tasting and 1/2 price Hudson Baby Bourbon ($6 per one ounce taste versus the usual $12.) The chocolate will also be for sale if you are won over and want to leave with a bar or two.
