Bourbon is on fire right now, but it was not always the case…not so long ago, this whole category was shunned by spirits enthusiasts and we can only praise this American Whiskey Revival for bringing all of us to our senses: Bourbon is amazing. But it now shows many faces: the overpriced single barrels, the impossible to get limited editions, the cask finishing trend, the RTDs and more. In this class, we’ll cover our bases, but we’ll take it further by diving into the very most up-to-date state of Bourbon production, from Craft to Major.
For those of you in person, class will start with some light snacks (themed with tasting category) and an introductory cocktail. We'll then sit for a information packed (and entertaining) presentation. We'll have a few nibbles on the table to enjoy along with your flight). For those of you joining virtually, it is best to enjoy a light meal or snack prior to the start of the tasting. Your tasting kit will arrive 2-3 days prior to the tasting date.
