1-5pm

Cook-off pros Theo Peck and Nick Suarez present NYC’s premier culinary competition, the Brooklyn Booze Experiment. New York’s top home chefs will prepare their favorite booze-inspired dishes ranging from savory dishes to desserts! You’ll see the likes of braised meats, red wine sauces, alcoholic whip creams, bourbon sauces and baba au rhum. If it can be soaked in booze, cooked in booze, or scented with booze – it could be a winner. Please people, no grapes crushed under foot or mash fermented in your tub, leave that to the experts. You the audience, along with esteemed culinary judges will select NYC’s next cookoff king or queen. Wine or die.

Tons of Cash and Prizes for the Cookoff Winners!

A portion of ticket sales will help support Ovarian Cancer Research

Update: Buffalo Trace Bourbon Happy Hour immediately following Booze Experiment in the Bell House front lounge! The audience, chefs and sponsors are all invited.
