On Wednesday, Feb. 18 2015, Clement will welcome Bruichladdich, one of the world's finest producers of truly artisinal single malt Scotch whisky. The spirited evening will be hosted by cocktail and liquor expert Kyle Ford, who will lead a tasting of the Islay Malt, Port Charlotte and Octomore Scotch. Tasters will start the evening with a welcome cocktail featuring Port Charlotte paired with single malt inspired tapas from Chef Brandon Kida.
