Koval is the first legal distillery in the city of Chicago (well, since Prohibition) and is churning out some delicious whiskey. With a variety of mash bills, Koval has created some unique American whiskey. Learn about Koval's distillation style and aging techniques - and try a bit of their white whiskey too!

Noorman’s Kil is a new whisky bar at 609 Grand Street in Williamsburg with a selection of over 350 whiskies.
It hosts regular tastings and other events. An assortment of grilled cheese sandwiches are on the menu and 12 rotating beers are be available on tap along with other spirits for the non-whiskey inclined.
