We're sampling two spirits from this top-notch outfit: The Cask Proof Rye clocks in at a whopping 59.8% ABV and offers up rich notes of fireplace, pipe tobacco, salted almonds, and candied ginger; And the Roundstone Rye is fresh, lively, and energetic while displaying the purity of high-quality grain.
