A chance to explore what makes Scotch whisky and Irish whiskey different, and a look at the history of the art and craft of the distillers. We examine the geology, the weather and the cultural heritage of both, and then show how the magic of moonshine was brought by both to the States.

The talk and tasting session lasts an hour and there will be a chance for Q&A
