There are only 18 seats available for a 4 course dinner paired with ryes from the
High West Distillery. The lineup of brilliantly blended whiskeys will make you understand why High West was named "Whiskey Pioneer of the Year" by Whisky Advocate. Troy will guide you through a tasting of each whiskey and answer all of your questions about the direction of American craft whiskey today.
