Washington State's Westland Distillery has made a huge buzz in the world of American craft distilling. Their single malt whiskies have won a slew of awards and it's no surprise that Rémy Cointreau just paid an undisclosed (but likely ungodly) amount of money to acquire them.
While there are dozens upon dozens of new craft distilleries popping up across the country, we believe that Westland is different. They have sought out incredible local ingredients, from the barley in their malt to the wood in their barrels, and created an impressive line of spirits.
