From left to right (not a tasting order): Balblair 1997 bottled 2009, the brand new Isle of Jura "Brooklyn", a bearded Jura, Springbank 12 years cask strength, released last week...Auchentoshan Virgin Oak, the luscious Benriach 15 years PX finish, the rich Dalmore 18 years and the heavily peated "Ballechin" #2 Madeira cask finish from Edradour. This is a class for the open minds, or the unsettled drinkers!
