In the summer of 1886, with his seven sons and two daughters by his side, William Grand began building his Distillery by hand. He named it Glenfiddich, Gaelic for Valley of the Deer.

Noorman's Kil

Noorman’s Kil is a new whisky bar at 609 Grand Street in Williamsburg with a selection of over 350 whiskies.

It hosts regular tastings and other events. An assortment of grilled cheese sandwiches are on the menu and 12 rotating beers are be available on tap along with other spirits for the non-whiskey inclined.
