In 2007 David Perkins established the first distillery in Utah since the 1870s and has blazed a trail of innovation ever since. David has blended some of the most flavorful rye whiskeys of the past decade and continues to lead the charge of flavor against tradition with such blends as Son of Bourye (Bourbon & Rye) and Campfire (Rye, Bourbon & Scottish Malt).
During this special dinner David will discuss his inspiration for innovation as he shares his whiskeys with us.
