High West Distillery (Park City, Utah)
High West is Utah's first distillery since the 1870's. Located at 7,000 feet in the Wasatch Range of the Rocky Mountains in Old Town Park City, Utah - a town founded by prospectors in the early 1860's and quickly became one of the richest mining towns in the West. Proprietor and distiller David Perking founded High West to bring the craft of small-batch distilling back to Utah.
