Highland Park Distillery is from the Orkney Islands and is the most northerly whisky distillery in Scotland. It is one of the few distilleries to malt its own barley, using locally cut peat from Hobbister Moor. The peat is then mixed with heather before being used as fuel.
We are very excited to host Highland Park for the first time and so is Gary since his ancestors are from the Orkney Islands.

Noorman’s Kil is a new whisky bar at 609 Grand Street in Williamsburg with a selection of over 350 whiskies.
It hosts regular tastings and other events. An assortment of grilled cheese sandwiches are on the menu and 12 rotating beers are be available on tap along with other spirits for the non-whiskey inclined.
