Saturday, March 1st, 4pm
Cocktails: Rock & Rye, The Seelbach, Vieux Carre

What do Prohibition, the Seelbach Hotel and New Orleans's French Quarter all have in common? They are all tied to the origins of some of the most influential whiskey cocktails in American History. This class will focus on three landmark American whiskey cocktails: Rock and Rye, The Seelbach, and the Vieux Carre. Each cocktail has established its place in history and deserve to be celebrated along with the Manhattan and Old Fashioned.

Please join Allan Roth and discover the origins of these 3 cocktails, learn how to prepare them and of course imbibe. The cocktails will be served with snacks from our kitchen.

Admission: $45 per person including tax and gratuity.

Classes can be purchased individually or as a set of 2, 3 or 4. Purchase 3 or 4 classes and receive a 20% discount.
