For the seasoned Scotch drinker we’ll be pouring some of our favorite Duncan Taylor bottlings, including a single cask we have all to ourselves. For the world whiskey enthusiast we’re full up on Akashi from Japan, and Paul John from subtropical India. For your nephew who started a garage band in Bushwick, buys all his clothes secondhand and re-reads Naomi Klein’s No Logo every few months, we’ve got the esoteric Michel Couvreur whiskies, lovingly matured in Burgundian caves. And for the peat-head in your life, there’s Kilchoman, Islay’s only family owned distillery, producing classic smoky Scotch of depth and integrity.
