Hudson Whiskey is produced by Tuthilltown Spirits in Gardiner, New York. The distillery opened in 2001 and became the first one in New York State since prohibition. All the grains used in these whiskeys are harvested by local farmers no more than 10 miles away from the distillery.

Noorman’s Kil is a new whisky bar at 609 Grand Street in Williamsburg with a selection of over 350 whiskies.
It hosts regular tastings and other events. An assortment of grilled cheese sandwiches are on the menu and 12 rotating beers are be available on tap along with other spirits for the non-whiskey inclined.
