We have the Irish to thank for giving us the gift of whiskey, and the tradition of distilling this most delicious spirit. To celebrate the history of this spirit, we will taste a full range of Irish whiskeys from different regions and different styles. We'll take you beyond the stereotypes and into the true Irish whiskey world--green hats not required.

Have you ever wanted to learn more about wine and spirits? Chelsea Wine Vault offers a wide range of classes to boost your knowledge, whether you’re a beginner or an aficionado! Our tasting-based classes are small and intimate, and all of our classes are taught by our experienced staff educators. Each class focuses on one topic, whether it’s a particular region, grape, wine style, or spirit type, so you can really absorb the information. Most classes feature 6 wines or spirits and are presented in an comprehensive manner along with tips and advice for finding your perfect bottle at a shop or in a restaurant. Each class lasts 1-1/2 hours, and all questions are encouraged. A light snack is provided to keep your palate focused and we provide handouts, maps, diagrams and interactive visual aids to help illuminate the topic at hand.
