Trey Zoeller's passion for bourbon and blending is matched only by his love of collaboration -- whether it be teaming up with ship captains to age whiskey at sea or friend chefs like Ed Lee of 610 Magnolia. Each project from Jefferson's distillery is a completely progressive and uniquely delicious whiskey. We're pouring four whiskeys that emphasize this sense of craftsmanship: a perfect pre-made Manhattan with notes of cinnamon, maraschino, orange, and dried herbs; an ocean-aged whiskey with a character unlike any other; a single-cask batch with juicy orchard fruit and deep caramel aromas; and very small-batch whiskey that's silky and flowery.
