Kings County And Dickson's Farmstand Tasting And Discussion

6:30 PM - 8:00 PM

Appellation's tasting and conversation nights are back in full force and are more exciting than ever. To kick things off, we'll be hosting an evening of New York meat and New York whiskey in our newly renovated event space. Join us on Friday, November 1st as we host Colin Spoelman, co-founder of the Brooklyn based Kings County Distillery and co-author of The Kings County Distillery Guide to Urban Moonshining, and Jake Dickson, owner of Dickson's Farmstand Meats, for a discussion of sustainable, local farming and gastronomy. Co-moderating the discussion will be the husband and wife team of Gabrielle Langholtz, editor of Edible Manhattan and Edible Brooklyn, and Craig Haney, Livestock Manager at the Stone Barns Center.

This is a ticketed event with limited space--keep your eyes on this space to stay updated as to when seats become available for this incredible opportunity--seats WILL go fast.
