You may already know that Kings County Distillery is New York City's first whiskey distillery since prohibition, but what may surprise you is that they make only 2.5 gallons of whiskey a day, working out of a 325-square foot room.
Now's your chance to learn how to make your own moonshine from Nicole Austin, one member of the very small craft spirits crew at Kings County.
Join tomorrow, Tuesday, October 11th at 8:00pm when 20 guests will learn the intricacies of small scale distilling from mash & low wine to barrel tasting. Nicole will also walk you through a tasting of Kings County's award winning whiskey. As an added bonus, each guest will go home with their own 200ml flask to share with friends.
Admission is $40, and reservations will be accepted immediately. Based on past experience the limited spots will go quickly so please call soon to guarantee a seat.
