The spirit is then placed in oak casks and aged until the right balance of flavors and mellow appeal is achieved. An expert will then sample and select the casks of the finest quality and distinct flavor profile to bear the Knappogue Castle label.

Noorman’s Kil is a new whisky bar at 609 Grand Street in Williamsburg with a selection of over 350 whiskies.
It hosts regular tastings and other events. An assortment of grilled cheese sandwiches are on the menu and 12 rotating beers are be available on tap along with other spirits for the non-whiskey inclined.
