Leket Israel - Whisky Tasting Benefit @ Museum of Jewish Heritage

American Friends of Leket Israel, Israel’s National Food Bank and leading food rescue organization will host a fine Whiskey Tasting to benefit Leket Israel’s food rescue programs for the poor. The evening takes place November 19th at the Museum of Jewish Heritage in NYC and will feature rare and aged spirits, gourmet kosher catering, expert whiskey sommeliers, a fine whiskey and spirits auction and more.

Leket Israel works to alleviate the problem of nutritional insecurity and eradicate hunger in Israel, providing food and nutritional support to 140,000 needy Israelis every week. Through a nationwide food rescue initiative, a nutrition education unit and an infrastructure improvement program, Leket Israel helps nonprofit organizations maximize their economic efficiency and food handling standards when providing food for the needy.

Sponsorships begin at $1,000, VIP tickets cost $360 (SOLD-OUT) and general admission tickets cost $200.
