There's a revolution happening in the spirits world in New York state. It's new, it's fueled by passion and it's right at your doorstep. It's time to meet the people behind the movement. We'll be sourcing a pig from our upstate farmer friends and featuring a bevy of artisanal cocktails showcasing the new breed of craft, NY-state spirits producers. Four-course, sit-down lunch with two pork preparations & two cocktails per course. All New York, baby.
