Welcome to the INTERACTIVE BAR CHALLENGE!!
You choose the ingredients!
You challenge the bartender!
You sit in the front row!
You choose the winner!
You (the guest) will be on one of 4 teams. We pair you with one of the Huckleberry Bar bartenders. A table will be filled with a cornucopia of fresh ingredients including spirits, fruits, spices, juices, herbs, cordials, modifiers, eggs, wines, teas, etc. Your team will make a mad dash to choose the ingredients your bartender will use. Then, as you sit in the front row - watching your bartender at work and listening to how they will formulate their concoction and why - you drink a delicious cocktail and snack on some tasty vittles prepared by the Huckleberry Bar chef. Each bartender will make their drink for everyone and then the judging begins. There will be a variety of criteria for judging so you have many chances to win! And YES there will be prizes!!!
