Together with the delicious farm-to-table style restaurant & cocktail house, The Fat Radish, White Pike Whiskey will showcase three cocktails paired with three different preparations of Prescott Frost Organic Farms meats. A short, informal talk from White Pike & Finger Lakes Distilling Master Distiller, Thomas McKenzie, will focus on the local farm distillation process followed by a short discussion by Prescott Frost, farm owner and great-grandson of Robert Frost, who will speak to the national importance and health benefit of choosing farm raised products. PRZ Man and Steven Ljubicic will join us on-site to welcome attendees. Extraordinary time to be had by all.
