Michael Collins Irish Whiskey @ Louis 649

By Thomas Turnbull - Posted on 30 January 2010

Tuesday, February 2, 2010 - 7:00pm

7:00pm - 8:30pm
At one time, there were more than 2000 distilleries in Ireland that produced whiskey. Surprisingly, today, only three operating distilleries remain. Michael Collins Irish Whiskeys are proudly handcrafted at the only independent, Irish-owned distillery and the only one to use the age-old tradition of distilling peated barley.

This week, come taste the offerings of the Michael Collins distillery. This Tuesday will also mark the launch of the Michael Collins pickleback at Louis 649 and coincidentally bartender Jason Littrell's debut behind the stick for this Groundhog's Day Massacre!

See you there.
First 50 only will be seated.
