In eager anticipation of the summer barbecue season, Chef Garrett McMahan has created a Monday Night tasting menu celebrating All-American BBQ complimented by Kentucky Style Bourbon Cocktails and Ales. Join us this Monday evening as we jump start the summer season at Perilla!

Wathen’s Kentucky Bourbon is a product of distilling expertise that dates back to the very beginning of bourbon whiskey. Eight generations and 250 years later, Charles W. Medley and his son, Samuel W. Medley, carry on Wathen's whiskey tradition.
