Dark Amber in color, the Peg Leg Porker 8 Year Old Tennessee Straight Bourbon Whiskey offers rich, well-integrated notes of pralines, dark cherries, vanilla pods, woody caramel, and oak. Bold notes of oak and a hint of smoke carry through to the rich and thick palate and merge with caramelized sugars, cinnamon apple sauce, minced pipe tobacco and black pepper. A hint of toasted oak and baking spice appears on the long, warming finish.
