A rare opportunity to enjoy dinner at one of New York’s favorite
restaurants paired with the rare bottlings from the Signatory Vintage
Single Malt Whisky Company.

Every bottle of Signatory is vintage dated, naturally colored, almost
always unchill-filtered, never manipulated, hand numbered and fully
unique. These exclusive hard to find whiskies will be paired with a
special menu specifically designed to complement these soothing,
mouth-filling and food friendly spirits. Signatory represents the best
of the “distiller’s” craft.

You can expect to start with an exclusive Bouley cocktail made with a
Signatory whisky, eight different drams of scotch served in flights
(Lowland, Highland, Speyside, Islay) plus one rare bottle at the end
of the evening. The night will be co-hosted by Jean Luc Le Du of Le Du
Wines, who will walk attendees through the subtle nuances and flavors
of the most “wine like” of all scotches on the market.

Space is limited - Whisky will be available for advance purchase.

$295 per person, before tax and service
Includes a reception with passed canapés and specialty Whisky Cocktail.
