    Come celebrate the birth, life and times of Scotland's Favorite Son - Robert Burns.
    Danny O'Connell of the NYPD Pipes and Drum Corp. will join us again to present the Haggis and entertain.

    Pairing – Abelour 12yo abv 40%
    Buttery cinnamon & woody on the nose. Brown sugar, raisins, & nutmeg. Medium finish, with chocolate, raisins & char.

    Accompanied by Scottish Pipes
    Followed By A Reading of “Address To a Haggis”
    Pairing – The Glenlivet 21yo abv 43%
    Full & rich nose with notes of sandalwood & pine.
    Notes of walnut, spiced fruitcake and a golden syrup note. The finish is long and sweet with a soft, chewy oak.

    House Made Haggis with Mashed Potatoes and Turnips
    Pairing – Abelour A’bunah Cask Strength abv 59.9%
    Aromas of mixed spices, praline and spiced orange. Orange, black cherries, dried fruit and ginger. Full bodied and creamy.

    Apple peel, hints of citrus and herbal nose. Lemon zest with good level of tannins on the pallet. Long, dry finish
