This tasting session aims to cover the various elements of what makes a Scotch whisky great: besides the essential characteristics of being flawless and representative of the distillery flavor profile, there are other crucial points to consider, such as the rate of distillation, the conditions presiding over its maturation, and clearly, the dedication of the men and women checking on these barrels, amongst other things...
