Let's take a look at how brands have evolved in the last 15 years, by tasting side by side their older version and the current iteration. As brands are often 'redirected' by marketing teams and distilleries change ownership and or distillery manager/whisky maker, the juice inside the bottle can end up tasting quite different from you remember...or is it you who changed? This tasting session will give us the opportunity to look back at a distant past as well, when whisky-making meant something very different from today and when technology had not invaded the distillery yet: old ways vs. new ways if you will. A dash of History, a splash of folklore, an ounce of science, and a serious dose of good whisky await!

These 8 whiskies (4 pairs: Glenmorangie 10 years, Dalmore cigar reserve, Glenfiddich 15 years, and Talisker 18 years) will be preceded by a light cocktail and typical Scottish fare. About 2 hours long.
