Neil will be our guide through the fascinating world of single malt Scotch as we tour from region to region tasting fabulous belly-warming whisky in all its glory.
Neil joined Ian Macleod Distillers in 2010 having begun his career in the industry in 1991 with Whyte & Mackay as a Brand Manager. He went on to become Region Director for Asia for Glenmorangie for four years and then spent nine years with Bacardi, first as Marketing Director and then Global Brand Director for the Dewar’s and William Lawson portfolio of whiskies. Neil holds an MA from Dundee University and an MBA from Heriot-Watt University. Neil oversees the development of Ian Macleod’s malt portfolio and has specific P&L responsibility for the UK, USA and Canadian markets.
