Smoke & Peat Dinner @ Char No. 4

We always have bourbon and rye on the brain at Char No. 4, but we also have an affinity for the smoked and peated stuff from across the pond, a style seldom found in American whiskey and particularly suited to the cold winter months. While the complex flavor of peated whiskey can easily be enjoyed on its own, the intensity and richness found in a glass of these smoky malts lends itself to the balance that results when paired with complimentary dishes.

On Tuesday February 26th at 7:30 pm please join us for a four-course dinner paired with a diverse selection of our favorite peated whiskies for $90 per person (not including tax and gratuity). You can check out the menu below.

Allan Roth, one of our resident whiskey experts, will be on hand to say a few words about the pairings and answer any questions.
