The weekly “Spirited Tuesdays” start at 7 p.m. Guests have the chance to sit with an ambassador from a premium spirits brand for complimentary tastes, paired appetizers, and discussion. Neat expressions showcase the depth of flavor and complexity of the chosen spirit. Pfaff’s barkeeps often craft cocktails with the spirit for guests to try, as well.
