TOKI (a Japanese word for "seasons"), is a new release in the US that hit the shelves last year. On its own, this blend of single malt/grain whiskies from their Hibiki, Hakushu and Chita located distilleries it is superbly balanced, smooth and round with just a hint of smoke and fruity spice.
Join us in the bar or the dining room on Monday from 5:30 to 8:30pm to try your first glass complimentary. The refreshing highball is made simply of Toki, club soda and a grapefruit peel for touch.
Mr. Hiroyuki Hayakawa from Beam Suntory will be present to introduce us to this favorite new beverage of ours.
