With St. Patrick's Day rapidly approaching, please join us this coming Tuesday as Alia Carpentier of Michael Collins Irish Whiskey and Josh Wortman of Louis 649 lead an exploration of one of the most important and misunderstood categories in the history of distilled spirits. Being the likely birthplace of whiskey as we know it, Ireland has a rich and dynamic history of whiskey distillation and the beloved spirits to show for it.

As an apropos introduction to this welcoming spirit that is so inextricably connected to Ireland's own history, we will be tasting two expressions named for a key figure in Irish history: Michael Collins Blended Irish Whiskey and the newly-released Michael Collins 10 Year Old Single Malt. Michael Collins is twice-distilled at the Cooley Distillery, one of the four distilleries on the island.

Tastings begin at 7PM and limited seating is on a first come, first served basis.
